this hotel was value for money when compared to other options. came here for 2 nights with my two kids, everything was nice. besides, the location was marvellous for my stay, within 10 minutes' walk of an expansive aquarium. the service was excellent, including a friendly check-in.

Private parking is available on site. The room is beautifully maintained and features a king-size bed. It is a great value for money compared to other options. The location is comfortable and not too far from the twin skyscrapers.

I asked for Towers view room and I waited for 2 hours to get the room I asked for, but I have given an other room that was not the room I asked for and it was small and not well maintained. To change the room, I talked to them many times and it took them 2 days to do it.

Airy, neat room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet. Relaxing atmosphere, FANTASTIC views, comfortable bed. Perfect, peaceful location in the coffee shop outside breakfast time. Also - so close to tourist attraction and shopping venues like the Pavilion, and opposite Pavillion mall.

First night we were put on 10th floor right near lifts, very, very noisy lifts that sound like jumbo jets all night. Plus 10 floor was old, very drab. When we complaind we were up graded to 11th floor which doesn't have a room backing onto the lifts and had been newly renorvated, very nicely. Much better!

It was at least strange to have unlocked door between rooms 1010 and 1008... And Wi-Fi is a little expensive...

The room was airy, beds were comfy, and the bathroom was large. I appreciated the early check-in option and on-site parking. Free Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel. the location was convenient, just a short distance from the twin skyscrapers. the pedestrian walkway connecting to Suria KLCC and Pavilion was very close, within 50 meters, making it easy to access KLCC and the two major shopping centers.

It is within walking distance to the nearest monorail station and shopping malls, surrounded by lots of restaurants. Very friendly staff and the room itself is very comfortable.
